Houston- Comicpalooza is a pop culture extravaganza that celebrates multigene comics. The convention welcomes various comic, anime, and manga enthusiasts as well as all cosplayer fans. Cosplayers spend days creating elaborate costumes to show off at the event. Others come to see celebrities such as film and television star Terry Crews or the legendary rock star Alice Cooper, who will attend the 2022 event.

You can also meet two very talented women who littery transform the human body into a work of art in front of thousands of people. An estimated 50,000 plus people attended the three three-day event in Houston and most of them were able to witness the artwork of Mari Ana Lowery and Rechelle Carter. In this video interview, I get to talk to the two talented women about their processes, talent, and favorite moments at the convention.
